Michael Franklin Riggins, 49, of Burlington, died Friday, January 24, 2025 at his residence in Burlington under the care of Every Step Hospice.

Mike was born December 1, 1975 in Burlington. He was the son of Charles Lee and Judith Lee (Yeater) Riggins. He graduated from Mediapolis High School. On Nover 23, 2024, Mike married Martha Marie Ralston.

Mike was employed by various companies in the Burlington.

Survivors include his wife Martha of Mt. Pleasant and a brother Lee Riggins of Easton, Illinois.
